  • VetSorb is the brand of the Veterinary Sutures' Polyglycolic Acid sutures.

  • The Catgut Chromic Suture is an absorbable, sterile surgical suture composed of highly purified connective tissue (primarily collagen) derived from bovine intestines. It is reabsorbed by enzymatic reaction. It has a chromed cover that prolongs the integrity of the strand. The chromic catgut suture meets the requirements established by USP.

  • VetSorb is the brand of the Veterinary Sutures' Polyglycolic Acid sutures.

  • Catgut Simple suture is an absorbable, sterile surgical suture composed of highly purified connective tissue (primarily collagen) derived from bovine intestines. Due to an extremely short absorption period, it causes a minimal reaction in the tissues. The process of absorption is by phagocytosis, being digested by the enzymes of the body.

  • Vet-Xanone is a polydioxanone suture, sterile, absorbable, monofilament surgical suture composed of the Polydioxanone Polymer. It causes only minimal tissue reactivity during the absorption process. It is ideal for internal tissues, where a long-lasting absorbable suture is preferable. Its synthetic material causes less reactivity than natural sutures.

  • It is a synthetic, absorbable, sterile, monofilament suture made from the polymer Glycolide and E-Caprolactone (PGCL). Its degradation is by hydrolysis, being absorbed by the human body between 90 and 120 days. Complies with the requirements established by USP. Its tensile strength is reduced from the fourth week of implantation.

  • The Silk Braided Silk is a non-absorbable, sterile, multifilament surgical suture of natural origin that is composed of an organic protein called Fibroin. Thanks to the high technology that is used in braiding, it has a thread with high tensile strength, which gives a longer time of support to the fabric. This stability meets the requirements established...

  • Twisted nylon suture is a sterile, non-absorbable, multifilament, sterile surgical suture that is composed of long chain aliphatic polymers Nylon 6 and Nylon 6.6. It has a high tensile strength and almost no tissue reaction product. It is used for General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Cuticular, Closing of Skin and Bandages. Complies with the requirements...

  • It is a non-absorbable suture, monofilament, of synthetic origin, having as component the crystalline stereoisomer isomer of Polypropylene. It is covered with a silicone elastic with high consistency, which causes a minimal inflammatory reaction in the tissue. It has a smooth surface that facilitates knotting and meets all the requirements established by...

  • Vet-Fluor is a fluorescent non-absorbable polypropylene surgical suture which unique color allows an increased visibility under complicated suture tying situations where visibility can be compromised. This innovative suture can be used under regular surgical lamps or UV lamps for a brighter result and an even more visibility.
